The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer in Singapore to support tendering and project execution for marine/offshore assignments. You will assist in technical reviews, cost estimation, scheduling and documentation, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marine or oil & gas, familiar with offshore works and IACS/ISO QA standards, and can travel for offshore duties as required. Office-based role in Singapore with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or Marine.
• 3+ years in marine or oil & gas with offshore experience.
• Familiar with offshore works, steel structures, winch and crane operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system.
• Familiar with IACS rules (ABS/DNV) for offshore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers on tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, scheduling, drawings and documentation.
• Oversee project execution as directed by Project Manager including contract review, vendor selection, cost evaluation and client liaison.
• Plan and supervise project mobilisation, execution, corrective actions, FAT and final as-built documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Project Engineer

Salary: $6500 - $8000

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Office: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager(s) on project tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, project scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation preparation etc.
• Overseeing of project execution as directed by Project manager including contract review (technical), vendors selection, costs evaluation, liaison for internal resources and supports, reply to client technical queries, prepare technical clarifications, plan and supervise project mobilisation, project execution and implementation, plan and implementation of corrective actions, Factory Acceptance Tests and finalization of as built documentation etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering preferrable in Naval Architect or Marine related
• Min 3 years working experience preferable in marine or Oil & Gas Industry with offshore construction experiences preferred
• Familiar with offshore works, steel structure, winch, crane and zone rated application added advantages
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system
• Familiar with IACS (particular ABS and DNV) Rules and Regulations on Offshore
• Software - AutoCAD, MS Office (MS Excel) and Project, Primavera P6
• Willing to travel and working offshore
