Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Project Engineer in Singapore for offshore construction projects.

You will support tendering, technical reviews, scheduling, drawings and documentation to ensure on-time delivery. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Engineering (naval architecture/marine preferred), have 3+ years marine/oil & gas experience with offshore work, knowledge of ISO 9001 and IACS rules, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and MS Office; travel offshore is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or Marine related.
• At least 3 years’ experience in marine or oil & gas, offshore construction preferred.
• Familiar with offshore works, steel structures, winch and crane.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA and IACS rules (ABS/DNV).
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office and Primavera P6; willingness to travel offshore.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, scheduling, drawings and documentation.
• Oversee project execution as directed by Project Manager including contract review (technical), vendor selection, costs evaluation and client queries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
