Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering and manufacturing background to drive New Product Introduction, product changes, and capacity expansion projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will translate customer requirements into robust engineering solutions, define project scopes, and maintain rigorous design for manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of project engineering or NPI experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly operations.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating projects from development to production launch.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
