Job summary

PVH in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to lead precision engineering initiatives from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with NPI, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and customer requirements are satisfied.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, cost estimates, and engineering reports, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering manufacturable solutions for prototypes and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Precision Engineering with relevant project experience.
• 3–5 years in program or project engineering within precision manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cost estimation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with NPI, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, project documentation, and engineering reports to support customer and business requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing project updates and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments to support engineering solutions and manufacturing processes.
• Support prototype development, product validation, and production readiness while ensuring manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in program or project engineering within the precision engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and high-precision measurement tools, including CNC machining and CAD/CAM software, with experience in quotation preparation, costing, and customer account management.
• Experience supporting customers in industries such as semiconductor, medical devices, aerospace, or analytical life sciences will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
