Job summary

Our Client in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction, product enhancements and capacity expansion from planning through execution. You will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure material readiness and timely delivery, while tracking progress and reporting milestones to management.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in manufacturing project management, with NPI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Min degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or with subcontractors.
• Experience with NPI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction, product enhancement and capacity expansion projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables and resources for project execution.
• Develop and maintain schedules, monitor milestones and proactively manage risks for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to support material planning and production readiness.
• Track progress, prepare status reports and communicate updates and risks to management.
• Facilitate meetings, drive issue resolution and align stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI), product enhancement, and capacity expansion projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively manage project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to support material planning, production readiness, and project implementation.
• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates, risks, and key milestones to management.
• Facilitate project meetings, drive issue resolution, and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Engineer, Business Administrative or any related fields.
• Min 3 years experience in project management in manufacturing industry or subcontractors.
• Experience with NPI Projects
