Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is assisting an Electronics Manufacturing MNC client in Singapore to hire a Project Management/Coordination professional for NPI, product transfers and capacity expansion, ensuring timely launches and smooth delivery.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain, monitor schedules, identify risks, and prepare updates for management to drive milestones. 3+ years in electronics project management required.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of Project Management / Coordination experience within an Electronics Manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, Jira or similar project management tools
• Knowledge in Electronics Manufacturing / Engineering Drawings / Quality Systems will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer and capacity expansion projects to ensure timely completion and smooth product launches
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to drive project milestones and deliverables
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope
• Prepare project updates, progress reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders
