Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd client in Singapore requires an experienced project professional to manage construction/engineering projects from planning to handover at Kaki Bukit. The role offers a monthly salary up to SGD 6,000 and standard benefits terms (AWS, VB).

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety and quality, monitor costs, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction and solid cash flow.

Qualifications

• Must have a local degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction or engineering services preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple project workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery within budget.
• Lead project teams, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project profitability, manage costs, and support variation order opportunities.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth project progress, payment collection, and positive cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project management procedures.
• Provide regular project updates, operational reports, and WIP presentations to management.
• Manage project closure, handover, and commercial sign-off activities.

Requirements:
