Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Coordinator with a focus on A&A projects in the Singapore construction sector. You will coordinate site activities, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and maintain critical project documentation and reports to support project progress.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or related fields, plus 3 years of A&A experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software. Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Additions & Alteration (A&A) projects within the construction industry.
• Must be able to prepare and develop construction drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical issues.
