Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordination professional to oversee cross-discipline coordination for M&E works on construction projects.

The role requires liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to address shop drawing discrepancies and ensure alignment with schedules and technical specifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services, with at least 3 years of M&E coordination

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of M&E coordination experience in the construction industry, preferably with A&A experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines to address drawing discrepancies.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on technical submissions and site coordination matters.
• Monitor M&E subcontractors' progress to ensure works meet schedules and specifications.
• Support the execution of M&E works, including shop drawing coordination, testing & commissioning, and site issue resolution.
