Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to assist in planning, coordination and execution of mechanical engineering projects, including hot water systems, heat pumps, solar thermal and energy-efficient solutions, with training provided.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, attend site meetings, monitor progress and prepare documentation while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering required or equivalent.
• Entry level applicants are welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of mechanical engineering projects.
• Support design, installation and implementation of hot water systems, heat pumps, solar thermal and other energy-efficient solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections as required.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and site activities.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues during project execution.
• Ensure installation works meet project requirements, specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, drawings and records.
• Assist with project coordination, material planning and stakeholder communication.
