Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineering project coordinator to manage projects at a fast pace from Jalan Kilang Timor (Office) or on-site at Jurong/Woodlands. The role demands oversight of progress, safety, and documentation while coordinating with clients and teams.

You will attend meetings, ensure SWP adherence, and drive risk control, QA/QC, and cost-control efforts, within a 5-day Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with working experience.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision.
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting.
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established and implement risk control measures.
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner.
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters.
• Records all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers' duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner.
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel.
• Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, usage of tools and equipment, etc.
• Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects.
• Documentation on project progress and damage.
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Basic: $2,700 - $3,800

Working Hours: 5 Days Mon-Fri (830am to 530pm)

Location: Jalan Kilang Timor, Redhill (Office) / Current project - Jurong or Woodlands Area
