Responsibilities

• Execute and revise project work plans for changing needs.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
• Liaise with clients and senior engineers to prepare for site work.
• Keep the Project Manager informed and coordinate communications between departments.
• Coordinate with design specialists on drawings and re-submission to clients.
• Assist in conducting site measurements and inspections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor delivery schedules of equipment and materials to site.
• Prepare and submit project documents.
• Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports.

Job description

This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project. He/She will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Prefer to have mechanical installation, Diesel power plant etc experience.

Job Scope:

• Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements
• Supervise subcontractors' works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards
• Liaise with clients, senior engineers in preparation for site work and plan schedules
• Keep Project Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments
• Liaise with the design specialists on drawings, amendment and re-submission to clients
• Assist in conducting site measurement and inspections
• Communicate with subcontractors and other suppliers
• Monitor the delivery schedule of equipment/material to site
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Prepare and submit project documents
• Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
• Fresh Graduates welcome
• Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently
• Competent in MS Excel and Words
• Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm
• Required to work on construction sites
