Job summary

INDOXING GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer with an electrical and electronic background to lead project engineering activities in Singapore.

The role covers planning, scheduling, forecasting, and resource management to ensure quality from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include executing and revising work plans, supervising subcontractors, liaising with clients and senior engineers, coordinating communications, and preparing progress reports.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum diploma/degree in Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive, able to work independently, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute and revise project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
• Liaise with clients and senior engineers to plan site work and schedules.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate communications between departments.
• Conduct site measurements and inspections; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with design specialists on drawings and revisions.

This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project.

He/She will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Job Scope

• Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements
• Supervise subcontractors' works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards
• Liaise with clients, senior engineers in preparation for site work and plan schedules
• Keep Project Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments
• Liaise with the design specialists on drawings, amendment and re-submission to clients
• Assist in conducting site measurement and inspections
• Communicate with subcontractors and other suppliers
• Monitor the delivery schedule of equipment/material to site
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Prepare and submit project documents
• Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
• Competent in MS Excel and Words.

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm
