Job summary

A leading clinical research organization in Singapore is seeking a project manager responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, developing schedules, and managing client relationships. A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should be an independent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. Travel to overseas sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Job description

Responsible to manage projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.

To understand project scope, specification, deviation and commitment requirement.

Coordinate with supplier, contractors & client for smooth delivery and timely completion of project.

Develop project schedule, execute and monitor the progress from project kick off till project completion.

Attend online/site meetings and involve in discussion with clients and consultants.

Work with different technical disciplines internal or external vendors to meet technical requirements.

Prepare project document and report submission.

Maintain good relationship with clients.

Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Travel to overseas job sites as and when required

Education: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Knowledge / Experience / Others

Willing to work oversea.

Preferably with site experience in Industrial building or Government project.

Must be PC literate (PPT, Word, Excel).

Able to perform multi-tasking.

Good time management.

Independent, team player with good interpersonal skill.
