Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering professional for on-site coordination across Singapore projects. The role involves managing submissions, preparing method statements, and coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliant progress.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, has BIM and AutoCAD familiarity, and at least 1 year of building-related project experience. The position requires flexibility to work 5.5 days on-site across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in BIM and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage document and drawing submissions to clients/subcontractors with latest revisions.
• Prepare method statements and work procedures, ensure on-site compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and conduct regular progress meetings.
• Ensure construction activities comply with QOSHE and conduct risk assessments.
• Review construction drawings and coordinate with consultants on change orders.
• Manage manpower, equipment, materials, procurement, and on-site usage.
• Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain delivery records.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain inspection documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in site coordination and other assigned duties.

• Support the Project Manager in overall site coordination and other assigned duties.

Requirements:
