Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator – M&E / ACMV to support site coordination, contractor liaison and project reporting across mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning works.

The role requires a diploma or NITEC in M&E or building services, with basic knowledge of M&E or ACMV systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential; training is provided for those without experience. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of M&E or air-conditioning systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work at project sites and coordinate with contractors.
• Risk Management certification is advantageous.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is advantageous for travel between project sites.
• Training will be provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to project sites and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with contractors and site stakeholders.
• Support coordination of mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning works.
• Assist with Risk Assessments and project documentation.
• Monitor work progress and highlight site issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and updates using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support Saturday work or extended hours when required.

• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday only when required)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday - 9.00AM to 1.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 10-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
