Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer for its private home, commercial lifts and escalators projects.

The role involves supporting project coordination, monitoring QA/QC matters, and delivering regular WIP reports as projects advance. The successful candidate will coordinate vendors and subcontractors to meet quality standards, manage scope, schedule, and costs, conduct site walks, and ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Lift/Construction or similar industry.
• Must be a good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in project coordination and smooth progress of works.
• Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
• Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.
• Coordinate and manage activities of vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure progress and timely delivery.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using verification techniques.
• Gather resources to ensure progression of works and follow up on meetings to meet schedule.
• Work with team to prepare OMM and handover certificates for projects.

Responsibilities

• Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works.
• Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
• Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.

• Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations.
• Work with the team members to prepare OMM and handover certificates for assigned projects.

Requirement
