Job summary

BELIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to support smooth project progress and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. The role involves QA/QC follow-ups, regular WIP reports, and ensuring timely delivery of works on site.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3–4 years in construction, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Degree required or in relevant field.
• 3-4 years experience in construction or related field is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works.
• Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
• Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.
• Coordinate and manage activities of the vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations.
