Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer (Infrastructure) to join its project team in Singapore.

You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities, and drive project progress from drawings to completion. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 4 years of building construction experience, with strong site coordination and ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, A&A (Addition & Alteration), or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements, building regulations, and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely site issue resolution.
• Monitor project schedules and site progress against approved drawings, specs, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise daily site operations and provide technical guidance to resolve construction, design, and coordination issues on-site.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities to ensure successful completion.
• Take on other project-related duties as required to support smooth delivery.

We are a Singapore-based construction company specialising in the delivery of infrastructure and building construction projects , working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to bring projects from planning through to successful completion.

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our project team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who enjoys being hands-on, coordinating with different stakeholders, and seeing projects progress from drawings to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.


• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of site issues.


• Monitor project schedules and site progress, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements .

What We're Looking For

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: $3,000 - $6,000 per month


• $50 monthly phone allowance


• AWS (13th Month Salary)

• Working Location: Changi Area


• Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm


• Alternate Saturday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
