Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd invites applications for a Project Engineer to lead EPC projects in water treatment. You will coordinate daily activities, liaise with clients and contractors, and monitor schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering and 2–5 years EPC project experience.

Tuas site with company transport provided. Shortlisted candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Support procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, purchase order management, and delivery coordination
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as required
• Contribute to project planning, including schedule development, resource allocation, and budget forecasting
• Assist in contract administration and ensure all parties fulfil their contractual obligations
• Support the project team in achieving safety, quality, and environmental objectives

Job description

• Salary Package: Basic Up to $4800 + AWS + VB + Quarterly incentive
• Established Water Treatment industry
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
