Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate day-to-day activities in an EPC environment.

You will liaise with clients and contractors, monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and support procurement, documentation, and contract administration to ensure safety and project success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of EPC project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure safety and compliance with project specs.
• Support procurement activities including vendor evaluation, PO management, and delivery coordination.
• Manage project documentation: drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders.
• Identify and elevate project risks, implement mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to planning: schedule development, resource allocation, budgeting.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure obligations are fulfilled.
• Support safety, quality and environmental objectives.

Job description

• Salary Package: Basic Up to $4800 + AWS + VB + Quarterly incentive
• Established Water Treatment industry
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration

• Assist in contract administration and ensure all parties fulfil their contractual obligations
• Support the project team in achieving safety, quality, and environmental objectives

The Ingredients for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in EPC projects
