THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Engineer for an on-site role in Tuas, Singapore.

The position offers a basic salary between SGD 4,300 and SGD 4,800, with Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm work hours. Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in mechanical, electrical or civil disciplines.
• Experience in oil & gas industries, especially EPC projects preferred.
• Past experience with contractor partners or as main contractor is a plus.
• At least 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager on contractors/consultants sourcing and inquiries.
• Coordinate with OPS, ENG, PSM, EHS and contractors to meet cost targets and client requirements.
• Handle drawings, MSRA, SWP to ensure proper documentation control.
• Work with contractors/consultants, clients and PMC to plan critical work paths and avoid delays.
• Manage site day-to-day activities: labour, progress, and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety on site.
• Monitor construction costs, including progress billing and expenses.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports; arrange progress meetings.
• Ensure tender drawings are followed and project handover aligns with SOP.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.

Construction Engineer

• Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate possess own vehicle to work
• Basic: $4300 to $4800

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or any other equivalent engineering related qualification
• Experience in oil & gas industries, especially in EPC projects preferred
• Past contractor partners' working experiences and/or managing contractor partners as main contractor, would be preferred.
• At least 2-years related experience

Responsibilities

• Support Manager on contractors/consultants sourcing, inquiry package issuing, work scope clarification, and evaluation & selection.
• Coordinate with all disciplines within company (OPS, ENG, PSM, EHS etc.) and contractors/consultants, to ensure the design meets cost targets and client requirements.
• Handling of issued drawings, MSRA, SWP etc. to ensure proper project documentation management is put in place.
• Working closely with contractors/consultants, clients and/or PMC to plan ahead and schedule critical work paths in order to avoid delays or obstructions on mechanical completion.
• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work progress, site labour force and any work of subcontractors.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Assist Manager to monitor and manage the overall construction cost, including contractors/consultants progress billing, construction expenses and cost of variation order.
• Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly progress construction reports to management.
• To follow up and arrange with all parties for weekly/monthly progress meeting.
• Ensure project execution adheres to the tender drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors/consultants and the client throughout project commissioning stage to ensure compliance with the contractual performance bond requirements.
• Coordinate the project handover in accordance with the Project Development SOP.
• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Management, from time to time.
