INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is supporting an Environmental Services client seeking a Construction/Project Engineer to join their team in Tuas.

This permanent position offers office hours (Monday–Friday) with transport provided and a salary package up to SGD 4,800 plus transport allowance and bonus. You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and cost objectives, monitor safety and progress, and prepare reports for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Oil & Gas EPC project experience.
• Experience with contractors/subcontractors is preferred.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, evaluation and appointment of contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and cost objectives.
• Manage project documentation including drawings, risk assessments and procedures.
• Plan critical work activities with contractors, consultants and clients to minimise delays.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, manpower deployment and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance throughout project execution.
• Monitor project costs, progress claims and variation orders.
• Prepare regular project progress reports to management.
• Coordinate project progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure activities align with approved drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Our esteemed client in the Environmental Services industry is seeking a Construction/ Project Engineer to join their dynamic team:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $4,800 + Transport Allowance* + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing, evaluation and appointment of contractors and consultants, including scope clarification and work package preparation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, project management and other relevant teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and cost objectives.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, work procedures and other relevant technical records.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and clients to plan critical work activities and minimise potential delays to project completion.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, including work progress, manpower deployment and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor quality, safety and compliance requirements throughout project execution.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, including progress claims, construction expenses and variation orders.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
• Coordinate and participate in project progress meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Support project commissioning and handover activities, ensuring all contractual and project requirements are fulfilled.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry, especially in EPC projects preferred.
• Experience working with or managing contractors/ subcontractors is preferred.
