Willowglen Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from initiation to delivery. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating site activities, reviewing designs, and supporting documentation, with opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of engineering drawings and schematics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standards.
• Willingness to visit project sites and work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings, conduct site checks, and support installation and commissioning work.
• Review drawings, plans, and technical documents; update and maintain project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians as needed.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and support timely problem-solving.
• Prepare progress reports, test reports, and handover documents for clients.
• Support testing and commissioning of systems and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
