Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an engineering professional to manage LV switchboard projects from order to delivery, testing and handover. You will review drawings, ensure compliance with Singapore standards, and coordinate across Design, Production, Procurement and QA/QC teams.

The role involves preparing detailed technical documents, ensuring IEC 61439 conformity, liaising with clients and contractors, and supporting FAT/SAT inspections while maintaining safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Manage LV switchboard projects from order confirmation to delivery, testing and handover.
• Review drawings, specifications and client requirements to ensure compliance with Singapore standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review technical documents such as Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, wiring diagrams and technical submissions.
• Ensure switchboards are designed, manufactured and tested according to IEC 61439 and local requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, LEWs and main contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and site inspections.
• Monitor project schedule, cost and quality, and highlight any potential issues.
• Ensure proper workplace safety practices are followed during project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documents such as method statements, ITP, O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
