Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a project contract-based role located at ourChangi project office (Lavender area).

Working hours are 8am–5pm, 5.5 days per week with alt Saturdays full day. The role oversees electrical system design, installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in electrical

Qualifications

• Degree / Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in electrical system design
• Knowledge of system migration, integration, tie-in & modification of equipment
• Good knowledge of HT, Frequency converter and Generator Set
• Experience in electrical CAD tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical-related technical specifications, design, installation and commissioning of electrical systems
• Provide technical expertise in developing electrical plans, specs and procedures
• Develop and review electrical drawings, schematics and specs
• Lead electrical system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate installation, maintenance and testing to ensure compliance
• Prepare inspection plans, safe work procedures and RFIs
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project goals
• Lead contractors and guide operations or push works
• Plan work programs and track progress

Senior Electrical Engineer (Project Contract Based)

Work Location: Changi, Project Office at (Lavender area)

Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, alt sat full day

Salary: $4500 to $5500 (depends on experience)

Requirements

• Degree / Master in Electrical Engineering or similar or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA.
• At least 5 years of Experience in electrical system design.
• Knowledge of system migration & system integration plus tie in & system modification of equipment (FC, Generators).
• Good Knowledge of HT, Frequency converter, Generator Set. (New build or replacement).
• Experience in electrical CAD Tools.

Job scopes

• Oversee the electrical-related technical specification, design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Provide technical expertise in the development of electrical engineering plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Develop and review electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Oversee and lead electrical system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Understanding of electrical methodology and interfacing sequences.
• Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Collaborate with different project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Address and resolve the technical problems and issues with various parties.
• Prepare MOS (inspection test plan, safe work procedures) & other documents such as RFI etc.
• Prepare report (weekly, monthly) on job progression and completion.
• Perform Communication with all levels and resolve conflicts arising.
• Provide guidance and lead team of contractors and execute operation or push works.
• Prepare work schedule micro program, plan of work program, conduct presentation, track and monitor progress of tasks.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
