Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Chief Electrical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and execution of LT, switchgear, and HV systems for construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore. A degree in Electrical Engineering with 6–10 years of M&E experience is required, with hands‑on LT/HV work, testing and commissioning familiarity, and strong project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design review and implementation of LT/HV electrical systems and switchgear.
• Review SLD, load calculations, and protection coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards (EMA, SS, IEC) and project requirements.
• Support technical evaluation of equipment, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and support capability development.

About the Role

A construction/infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and support the design, coordination, and execution of Low Voltage (LT), Switchgear, and High Voltage (HV) systems for construction and infrastructure projects. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value projects and the chance to develop deep expertise in electrical systems and engineering leadership, ensuring all engineering works are delivered per project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design review and implementation of LT/HV electrical systems and switchgear

• Review SLD, load calculations, and protection coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards (EMA, SS, IEC) and project requirements

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
