Job summary

RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to support timely project delivery and effective coordination on site.

You will assist in planning, budgeting, and technical support while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety compliance. Responsibilities include preparing risk assessments, coordinating with the project team, and attending progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Field / Panel / Power Distribution is advantageous.
• Proven track record in project management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and on schedule.
• Support in project planning, management, sales activities and technical assistance.
• Collaborate with the project team on site safety, scheduling and coordination.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and related documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and help expand the customer base.
• Attend progress meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Monitor progress and compile weekly status reports for each assignment.
• Provide full support to Management and PM across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and on schedule.


• Involved in project planning & management, project sales activities and technical support.


• Work closely with the project team on site safety documentation, schedule and coordination.


• Preparation of method of statement, Risk assessments, and other require documents.


• Build quality relationship with existing customer and expand new customer base


• Attends work Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Clients)


• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.


• Provide full support as required by the Management and PM for all projects.

Requirements:

• Experience from Electrical Field / Panel / Power Distribution will be an added advantage


• Proven record in project management / coordination experience
