Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecom lead to manage discipline scope within construction, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time commissioning.

The role involves documenting project requirements, developing comprehensive work plans, and coordinating with design teams, vendors, and subcontractors across multiple yard locations in Singapore. • Experience in coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for electrical projects.
• Understanding construction schedule and critical path analyses.
• Ability to handle project independently and lead field execution.

Responsibilities

• Documents project requirements and develops electrical work plans for systems and sub-systems.
• Studies electrical drawings: cable ladder, cable tray, penetrations, system layouts, single line and interconnection drawings.
• Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, continuity check, megger test, and ATEX inspection.
• Creates work packages by area or subsystem; plans resources and scheduling (P6).
• Directs subordinates, prepares work conditions, and monitors progress to meet the schedule.
• Applies PDCA to all work activities; reports progress to EPCC.
• Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electrical Engineer/ Marine Engineering or other relevant disciplines. Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided). Understand construction schedule and analysis of critical path. Experience in managing Vendors and Sub-Contractors. Able to handle project independently.

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
