Job summary

RNC ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager Electrical with strong leadership and hands-on experience in design, procurement, and on-site delivery for electrical and instrumentation projects in Singapore. You will guide teams, manage cost control, and coordinate with clients to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of PM experience in live process plants, familiarity with Singapore Standards, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Able to liaise and manage clients effectively with regard to business matters, safety, cost control, and timely execution of construction activities.
• Proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving them before they are escalated.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification is required.
• Well-versed both technically and practically in electrical installations and basic design in accordance with Singapore Standards.
• You should adapt with RNC's ISO systems (Quality, Safety & Environmental) and be innovative to suggest improvisation in the system.
• Knowledgeable in Lighting, Small power, Earthing, Lightning Protection and ELV systems.
• Good Organisation skills, planning and prioritising works.
• Possess proactive 'go-getter' mindset with strong communication skills.
• Accountable and responsible for the actions and performance of the site team.
• Responsible for actions of the Team on site.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a 'live' process plant environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of instrumentation works will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
