Job summary

LEECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate building projects from planning to completion in Singapore.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The role requires strong coordination, scheduling and site operations knowledge, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
• Good knowledge of project coordination, scheduling and site operations.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Good organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, costs and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project documentation, reports and project-related correspondence.
• Conduct site meetings and follow up on project matters.
• Identify project risks and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors' work progress and performance.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate project handover and completion activities.
