Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple engineering projects from concept to handover.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate manpower effectively to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of tender bids for new projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate and approve changes that affect project scope, budget, or schedule.
• Lead complex or high-impact engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify and address operational challenges promptly to reduce delays and maintain momentum.
• Build and develop project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
• Allocate capital and human resources strategically to manage project expenditures within budget.
• Assess and authorize project investments that align with organizational goals.
