Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer for construction projects in Singapore.

You will review drawings, ensure conformity to design and standards, and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers. Requirements include a degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or M&E, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Civil Engineering or M&E or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications.
• Check site installation to ensure it conforms to design and standards.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise them to the consultant.
• Oversee projects and ensure compliance with contracts and drawings/regulatory specs.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, PMs, subcontractors and suppliers.

Office Location : Tai Seng

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 830am to 6pm | Saturday 830am to 12pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary + Performance related pay + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications
• Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards
• Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant
• Oversee the projects and follow the terms and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications
• Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences that possess Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software
• Has positive attitude and sense of responsibilities
• Able to handle construction projects with commitment on work
• Good in communication and written abilities
• Required skill : Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the clients
