Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer with a strong systems background for the Master System Integrator (MSI) role. You will coordinate customer requirements and building systems integration through testing and handover, engaging with clients and project teams.

The position focuses on technical coordination with delivery teams, located in West Singapore, with working hours 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The package offers a base salary and benefits with career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in BMS/IBMS, smart buildings, system integration, ACMV controls, facilities management systems or digital building platforms.
• Good understanding of building systems and controls, including ACMV, chiller plant operations and energy monitoring, with familiarity in networking, APIs/data exchange and BACnet/Modbus or equivalent protocols.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and technical documentation skills, with the ability to clarify requirements and coordinate clients, consultants and multiple vendors.
• Experience in testing, commissioning or handover is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional requirements, use cases and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and track requirements through delivery and acceptance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, system/IT teams and vendors on system interfaces, integration requirements and technical issues.
• Review proposed solutions with technical teams to ensure alignment with approved architecture, standards and project specifications.
• Monitor integration progress, follow up on risks and outstanding actions, and prepare technical documents, progress updates and customer presentations.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect follow-up, ensuring acceptance criteria and operational readiness before handover to maintenance teams.
