Sembcorp Industries Ltd, a leading energy and urban solutions provider, invites applications for a construction and project management role across renewable energy and gas projects in Singapore. You will manage multiple sites, coordinate with authorities, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor7s in Engineering, is proficient with MS Office and MS Project/Primavera, and demonstrates leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Diploma or Bachelor7s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in energy engineering management and project management is an added advantage.
• Experience in renewable energy or gas related projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project/Primavera
• Demonstrates positive attitude, teamwork, communication & leadership skill.

• Strong self-motivation and work ethic, flexible and thrives under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate construction activities for renewable energy or gas projects.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders for site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence in project execution.
• Track authority submissions like CS1 and CAAS/RSAF lifts.
• Create master construction schedules identifying critical activities.
• Ensure timely project completion and develop catch-up plans.
• Maintain documentation, checklists, and best practices.
• Drive efficiency by eliminating waste and non-value-add tasks.
• Manage resources and coordinate timelines as per the Project Execution Plan.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data, identify trends, perform root-cause analysis and report to management.
• Understand design principles of renewable energy or gas systems.
• Familiar with installation, testing and commissioning of renewable energy or gas systems.
• Understand electrical design of high- and low-tension systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate the implementation of construction activities for renewable energy or gas related projects

• Manage & coordinate with relevant authority and key stakeholders to conduct site survey for the feasibility study of a project or tender

• Responsible for the successful implementation of project, from safety, quality and schedule standpoint

• Perform authority submission tracking such as CS1 and CAAS/RSAF lifting approvals

• Create master construction schedule for developments and projects with identification of critical / mandatory activities

• Ensure project completion targets are met. Report misses and develop catch-up-plan

• Ensure system, documentation, tracking & checklists and good practices are adhered to

• Drive efficiency by eliminating waste and non-value add tasks to improve productivity

• Resource management and make the necessary recommendations to support project timelines. Provide recommendation to integrate resources, activities and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.

• Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.

• Analyze data, derive trends, pareto, actions to close gaps, perform RCA and provide management reporting

• Understand basic design principles of renewable energy systems or gas related systems with experience working in the industry

• Familiar with installation and testing & commissioning of renewable energy systems or gas related systems.

• Understanding and knowledge of electrical design and specification of high-tension and low-tension electrical systems.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.

• Candidates with little or no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in energy related engineering management and project management is an added advantage

• Experience in renewable energy or gas related projects is preferred.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project/Primavera
