Job summary

Sembcorp Utilities Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an electrical maintenance professional to perform PM/CM and ensure safe, on-time maintenance of critical electrical assets.

You will conduct inspections, fault diagnosis, HV/LV switching as EAP, and prepare risk assessments. You will supervise contractors and manage spares and maintenance reporting, supporting MV/LV switchgear, motors, transformers, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in power generation, utilities, or industrial plants preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance and switching operations.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute PM, CM, and routine maintenance activities safely, on time, and within budget.
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and reliability improvement of electrical equipment.
• Carry out HV/LV switching, isolation, and de-isolation as an appointed Electrical Authorized Person (EAP).
• Prepare risk assessments, obtain PTW, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other disciplines.
• Manage maintenance spares, documentation, and daily maintenance reporting.
• Support maintenance of MV/LV switchgear, motors, transformers, protection systems, UPS, battery chargers, VFDs, MOVs, cranes, HVAC, SFC, excitation systems, and associated plant equipment.
