Sembcorp Utilities Services Pte. Ltd. is hiring to lead project execution for renewable energy and gas-related initiatives across Singapore. You will manage construction activities, coordinate with authorities, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of complex projects.

The role requires an engineering degree and experience in energy/multi-project management, with familiarity in Primavera and MS Office. Travel across Singapore will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in energy engineering management and project management is an advantage.
• Experience in renewable energy or gas projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrates teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and innovative thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate construction activities for renewable energy or gas projects.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders for site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence for project delivery.
• Track authority submissions and approvals (CS1, CAAS/RSAF).
• Create and manage master construction schedules and identify critical tasks.
• Deliver projects on time, reporting misses and planning catch-ups.
• Maintain documentation, checklists and best practices.
• Drive productivity by eliminating waste and optimizing resources.
• Provide resource recommendations aligned with the Project Execution Plan.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and authority requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate the implementation of construction activities for renewable energy or gas related projects
• Manage & coordinate with relevant authority and key stakeholders to conduct site survey for the feasibility study of a project or tender
• Responsible for the successful implementation of project, from safety, quality and schedule standpoint
• Perform authority submission tracking such as CS1 and CAAS/RSAF lifting approvals
• Create master construction schedule for developments and projects with identification of critical / mandatory activities
• Ensure project completion targets are met. Report misses and develop catch-up-plan
• Ensure system, documentation, tracking & checklists and good practices are adhered to
• Drive efficiency by eliminating waste and non-value add tasks to improve productivity
• Resource management and make the necessary recommendations to support project timelines. Provide recommendation to integrate resources, activities and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
• Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.
• Analyze data, derive trends, pareto, actions to close gaps, perform RCA and provide management reporting
• Understand basic design principles of renewable energy systems or gas related systems with experience working in the industry
• Familiar with installation and testing & commissioning of renewable energy systems or gas related systems.
• Understanding and knowledge of electrical design and specification of high-tension and low-tension electrical systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in energy related engineering management and project management is an added advantage
• Experience in renewable energy or gas related projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project/Primavera
