Job summary

AMA M&E CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on M&E Project Engineer to oversee electrical and mechanical works at designated sites, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.

Create and manage 2D/3D shop drawings, as-built records, and timely updates to project documentation; perform ACMV static calculations and cost estimations; BIM experience preferred. Qualifications

• Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements.
• Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.
• Lead creation of 2D and 3D shop drawings and manage as-built updates.
• Verify drawings meet project specifications and standards.
• Familiarity with BIM, REVIT MEP, AutoCAD.
• Able to perform static calculations for ACMV systems.
• Handle cost estimation, budgeting and procurement planning.
• Coordinate with consultants, main/sub-contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure project success.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams; troubleshoot to minimize delays.
• Lead and communicate with Site Engineer and Site Supervisor to ensure schedule adherence.
• Work night shifts and extended hours as required by site operations.

• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors,sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.


• Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution to minimize project delays.


• Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.


• Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.


• To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.


• Make sure project is carried out according to schedule.
