• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers to progress work.

• Enforce OSH measures on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage multiple job sites simultaneously ensuring adherence to specifications and authorities.
• Work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.

• Review and verify technical drawings before installation to ensure accuracy and compliance


• Initiate and manage material requests and orders to maintain project workflow


• Directly manage manpower allocation and supervise site personnel to meet project deadlines


• Liaise effectively with consultants, main contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workers to facilitate smooth project progress


• Coordinate site inspections with consultants, architects, and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance


• Enforce and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) measures on-site to maintain a safe working environment


• Manage multiple job sites simultaneously, ensuring all works adhere to contract specifications and authority requirements


• Work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, as project demands require

Required competencies and certifications
