Job summary

YINSHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned ACMV Construction Lead to manage maintenance, repair, upgrading works for ACMV projects and oversee site installations with subcontractors.

You will coordinate project process management, ensure safety compliance, and drive weekly work plans while attending site meetings and preparing as-built drawings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years local site experience.
• Qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in ACMV construction industry.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, repair, operations, and upgrading works for ACMV projects

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

• Manage maintenance, repair, operations, and upgrading works for ACMV projects


• Assist in development and project process management.


• Overseeing site installation works, supervising sub-contractors, and attending site meetings


• Possesses leadership, ownership, and responsibility with the team for discussions on technical solutions


• Project construction management and safety management


• Construction meeting and preparation with subcontractors


• To plan, implement, and monitor weekly works activities with Site engineering


• Testing and commissioning of the ACMV system as per the schedule.


• Attend RTO inspection and prepare as built drawing based on site coordination


• Any other related projects to be assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum MUST have 5 years local site experiences


• Looking for Career Progression


• Possess adequate qualification in Mechanical Engineering


• Direct work experience within ACMV construction industry


• Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously


• Knowledge of codes, standards and procedures


• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Helpdesk application, etc


• Able to work with fast fast-paced environment
