• Participate actively in project meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and influence decision-making
• Diagnose and resolve site technical issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity and safety standards
• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation to support transparency and accountability
• Interpret construction drawings accurately to guide site activities and ensure compliance with engineering specifications
• Utilize mechanical and engineering knowledge to support technical decision-making and problem-solving on site
• Apply computer skills to manage project documentation and communication efficiently
• Demonstrate autonomy by managing assigned tasks independently and initiating actions to meet project deadlines
• Be available to commence work immediately to support project timelines
