Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Water team on sewer projects in Singapore. This 100% site-based role involves working closely with the Project Manager in charge, supervising contractors, reviewing submissions, and managing progress claims.

You will also coordinate with RTOs, STOs, WS HOs, and PROs, maintaining daily records for the project. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering with at least 3 years of site supervision experience in civil

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in civil projects.
• Experience in Sewerage or Water Main projects is a plus.

Your impact

We are looking to hire a Project Engineer to be part of our Water team working on exciting Sewer projects across Singapore. Jacobs’ role is The Client's Representative for construction supervision works.

This is a 100% site-based role.

This role will be working with the Project Manager in charge and contract management, carrying out site supervision of contractors’ teams; review Contractor submissions and assess progress claims with QS; manage and work closely with RTOs, STOs, WSHOs, and PROs assigned to the project; and systematically manage and update daily data on all records of the program.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision of civil engineering. Experience in Sewerage or Water Main projects will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
