Jacobs Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Electrical for the Changi Water Treatment plant extension. You will oversee electrical works, quality control, and coordination with clients and contractors, ensuring compliance with codes and project specifications.
The role requires a Diploma in Electrical and at least five years in infrastructure projects as an RTO Electrical; experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover is advantageous.

Our Water business is currently hiring a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Electrical mainly focusing on supporting the overall engineering team working on the extension project at Changi Water Treatment plant project located in Tanah Merah, Singapore.
The role will oversee electrical works on quality control and assurance matters for the construction of the respective facilities in the contracts; supervise the contractors and maintain consistency across all the contracts and ensure that quality of all Electrical works are in compliance with the specifications and applicable codes and regulations. The role will work closely with the Chief RE and Engineering Manager to communicate with the Client and 3rd Parties as required.
To be a successful candidate, you should have a minimum Diploma in Electrical with a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as an RTO Electrical in infrastructure projects; have an interest in the water industry; experience in used water/water project in Singapore would be an added advantage. Knowledge and experience in drawing will be an added advantage.
