Job summary

Waterscape System Professionals is seeking a capable project coordinator to manage and coordinate project processes, including procurement, deployment and implementation, while producing detailed M&E and architectural drawings in AutoCAD.

The role involves supervising site progress, maintaining thorough project documentation, attending site meetings, and collaborating with the company owner to receive training and support career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project processes including procurement, deployment and implementation.
• Ability to produce detailed M&E drawings and architectural drawings.
• Strong documentation and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project processes including procurement, deployment, and implementation to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Produce detailed M&E and architectural project drawings using AutoCAD to support design and construction phases
• Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation to facilitate project tracking and compliance
• Attend site meetings to communicate progress, address issues and align project activities with objectives
• Supervise and inspect site progress to ensure work quality and adherence to project plans and standards
• Collaborate directly with the company owner to receive training, enhance skills and support career advancement opportunities
