Job summary

PHAETON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled drafter to support construction projects in Singapore.

You will develop shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinate with architectural, structural and M&E teams, and maintain drawing registries. The role requires a Diploma/Certificate or degree and at least 3 years in building construction, with strong communication skills and a good grasp of technical drawings and materials.

Qualifications

• Relevant certificate, diploma or degree (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Understanding of technical drawings and building materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare construction shop drawings, details drawings, as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings.
• Prepare and update drawing registry.
• Estimate material and production costs.
• Assist the project and other departments on drawing documentation.
