Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project processes including procurement, deployment and implementation.
• Ability to produce detailed M&E drawings and architectural drawings.
• Strong documentation and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project processes including procurement, deployment, and implementation to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Produce detailed M&E and architectural project drawings using AutoCAD to support design and construction phases
• Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation to facilitate project tracking and compliance
• Attend site meetings to communicate progress, address issues and align project activities with objectives
• Supervise and inspect site progress to ensure work quality and adherence to project plans and standards
• Collaborate directly with the company owner to receive training, enhance skills and support career advancement opportunities
