Job summary

CPC Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a site coordinator to assist the Project Manager in planning and to coordinate and oversee all works on the site.

You will monitor and coordinate the works with supervisors and handle technical problems. You will assist in planning, programming and monitoring construction progress, liaise with client's representative, authorities and consultants, and contribute to risk assessment and environmental control measures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proactive with interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
• Ability to operate MS Project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all works on the site
• Monitor & co-ordinate the works with supervisors
• Handling of technical and engineering problems
• Assist in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress
• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Able to operate MS Project
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
