A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to be responsible for project scheduling and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include managing site matters, supervising technicians, and preparing necessary documentation. Knowledge of Mechanical systems, Electrical systems, and project cost management will be advantageous.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge in Mechanical, Pumping Systems, ACMV, CCTV, Electrical or Control System, or SCADA system is a plus.

Liaise, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure that schedule is on time as planned.
Prepare method statement, risk assessment, construction drawing, catalogue submission, safe work procedure and all other documents as requested by site.
Plan, manage and coordinate all site matters, ensuring compliance to Project specifications, regulations and schedules.
Technical specification review and recommend appropriate resolution.
Directs, supervises and train technicians on engineering activities on site to meet all project requirements.
Actively use the right tools to collect and observe data to ensure good coordination with team activities and communicates project status through technical reports.
Co-ordinate and attend meetings with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, and client’s representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.
Monitor project cost activity to take actions on cost deviation.
Attend and conduct of Factory Testing and Site Testing and Commissioning of system
Collect all necessary accurate data and share information pertaining to project issues, budgets, and schedules in project meetings.
Prepare progress report and project handover report.
Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by immediate superior.
