Job summary

VANTAGE EQUIPMENT & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on on-site supervision, safety, and timely delivery of works according to specifications. You will review drawings and technical documents, provide guidance to site staff, and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Ensure project activities are carried out according to schedule and specifications.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Provide technical guidance to site staff and workers.
• Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure works are completed according to project timeline.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain proper records of site activities and materials.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure sufficient resources for site work.
• Monitor material usage and site inventory.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.
