Job summary

LANTRO (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Project Operations Associate to manage site surveys, craft detailed design proposals, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with customers to ensure timely project completion and smooth handover.

The role requires a diploma or relevant certification, proficiency with MS Office, and a willingness to travel overseas to support multiple projects. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE certification in Mechanical, IT, Project, Building Service Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and project conditions
• Develop detailed design proposals tailored to customer needs
• Plan and schedule project tasks aligned with contractual timelines
• Coordinate delivery of goods with suppliers and storage facilities to ensure timely availability
• Manage daily operational activities to maintain smooth project execution
• Liaise with customers to obtain approvals for plans and drawings, resolve issues, and communicate progress
• Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project status and report updates
• Prepare and submit monthly project reports to Project Manager and customers
• Coordinate project handover with customers, including delivery of all relevant documentation
